Invoicing and other features

Here are some examples of how the system works. The auction / lot management system enables you to generate invoices and send them to customers at the end of the auction in a few clicks. The system calculates the following charges:

• sales commissions
• any additional taxes
• mailing charges

It is up to auction houses to check that the invoices generated by the system are correct, before sending them by email with the system, in a formatted email message. In this case an email receipt notification system is used. This feature also enables you to manage consignors, issuing credit notes with the sold / unsold lots, and commissions (here again these can be personalized for each consignor) at the end of the auction.

Features related to a country’s legislation are configured by us as needed (i.e. VAT, special taxes, legislative changes in memorandums and/or invoices). In addition, features have been designed to simplify an auction house’s work:

• creation of an auctioneer’s register
• printing labels for lots
• load / unload register

In general the software – upon request – can be adapted and/or implements relatively easily to work methods and different laws. It is also possible to add to / synchronize our platform with other online and desktop systems, on request.
